Inquiry privacy

Roomov’s initial inquiry collects your name, email, phone number, room preference, employment status, monthly gross income, date of birth, pets and smoking answers, number of occupants, move-in date, lease and furnishing preferences, optional showing request, and optional message.

How your information is used

The property owner uses these details to contact you, arrange showings, and discuss room availability. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a room or guarantee approval. Only authorized owner accounts can access saved inquiries through the application.

Storage and service providers

The application uses Supabase for inquiry storage and owner authentication. When deployed, Vercel hosts the application. Hashed network and email identifiers are used to limit repeated submissions; these rate-limit records expire after one hour.

Site analytics

Roomov uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand site visits and page views. Application answers are not sent as custom analytics events.

Screening happens separately

Do not submit identity documents, Social Security numbers, bank details, or income documents here. Full screening is handled separately through TransUnion SmartMove.
